Running in to some issues with the timetable?


I'm not getting any results, why not?

We're expecting lots of travellers this summer, so many people are currently checking train times in our timetable. It's possible you're not seeing any results because our timetable is handling too many requests. Try again or check back a little later!



Are you getting the 'Prices unavailable' error? Chances are reservations for your preferred train are sold out. Take these extra steps to try and find available seats:

Check the train carrier's website to see if there are still available seats and book your seat reservation directly from the railway carrier or via other platforms. 

If your schedule allows you to be flexible, search the same route at another time or date in our timetable.

Not in a rush? Check if you can travel the same route on trains that don't require a seat reservation. Select the ‘No reservation needed’ filter before clicking ‘search’ in our timetable (you can find this under ‘Options’ in the Rail Planner app). Can't find any trains with available seats or routes without reservations? It rarely happens, but if it does, why not consider alternative forms of transport, like the bus? Please note these options are not included in your Pass.


Have none of the above options yielded a solution? Consider going to a different destination or exchange your Pass (only possible if it's unused) and travel in the low season.
