Seat reservations
Your pass purchase and compulsory train seat reservations can be separate transactions. For the actual train and route, refer to the participating operator or Interrail Rail Planner app.
Keep the right booking records
Retain the retailer confirmation, pass number and any separate seat or sleeper reservation reference. Check which company took payment before requesting a refund or change. A confirmation for an activity or hotel does not alter the conditions of your rail pass.
Activities and hotels
Destination pages provide a Viator activity search, and the accommodation page includes a Trip.com hotel search. These are independent services and separate purchases from the rail pass. If an embedded search is blocked, use the visible alternative link where provided or adjust your browser’s third-party-content settings. Contact the booking provider about payments, amendments or refunds.
